Everything about this boy is class! He was played beautifully and elegantly by Freddie Bartholomew. I watched almost all Lord of Fauntleroy films and I think this one would probably be the best, not because its a classic black and white film, its because the timing, the attitude, clothes and culture of the 1930's was almost as close to the time of the story during the 1880's. Therefore, the acting and the setting was just right and was effortlessly executed by the actors and the people that worked behind this wonderful movie. 

The other version that I like was of course the Filipino version played by Tommy Taus (now DJ Tommy T... -_-)  just because it brings back a lot of childhood memories.

But this look was also half inspired by 1930's workman clothes.

It probably wont be as fashionable as it was before, but its something worth the idea now don't you think?
